These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.kovinteriors.com (the “Site”), operated by KÖV Simply Interiors LLC (“KÖV Simply Interiors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Using the Site
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry or consultation request.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes, such as learning about our work and contacting us about a project. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates a law or the rights of others
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms
- Send spam or unsolicited advertising through the Site
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means

“KÖV Simply Interiors,” our logos, and related names are trademarks of KÖV Simply Interiors LLC. Other names and brands shown on the Site belong to their owners. Nothing on the Site gives you a license to use any trademark.
3. Copyright concerns
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email contactHL@kovinteriors.com. Please describe the work, tell us where it appears on the Site, and include your contact information. We will review your notice and respond promptly.
4. Site content is for general information
The Site shares our work and ideas for general information and inspiration. It is not professional design, construction, engineering, or other advice for your specific space. Please do not rely on Site content as a substitute for a consultation.
Photographs show completed projects and showroom displays. Colors, finishes, and materials may look different in person and on different screens. Products, materials, and services shown may change or become unavailable. Any pricing or timing information on the Site is an estimate only and is not an offer or a quote.
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but it may contain errors or outdated information. We may correct or update content at any time.
5. Inquiries and consultation requests
Submitting an inquiry or consultation request does not create a client relationship or a contract, and it does not obligate either of us to move forward. We will make reasonable efforts to respond, but we do not guarantee a response or a response time.
Any design services or products we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and KÖV Simply Interiors. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for those services or products.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. By submitting project details, you confirm you have the right to share them. You also give us permission to use them to respond to you and to evaluate and prepare for your project.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through the Site, including through cookies, analytics, and advertising tools. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to websites, social media pages, and services we do not own or control, and it uses third-party tools to process forms and measure traffic. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your use of their sites and services is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, KÖV Simply Interiors disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KÖV Simply Interiors and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for all claims related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some laws do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of Sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This section covers the Site only. Our responsibilities for design services or products are set out in the separate written agreement described in Section 5.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KÖV Simply Interiors and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Osceola County, Michigan. You and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site.
- Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. We may assign these Terms as part of a sale or transfer of our business. You may not assign them.
